Refund Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients:

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used or forfeited.
Group programs or workshops may have separate cancellation terms communicated at registration.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated:

Coaching services are non-refundable once delivered.

Program registrations may be non-refundable after the program begins.
-
Digital content and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Bostana Health.
