3. Individual Responsibility

Participation in Bostana Health programs is voluntary. By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own health decisions.

  • You will seek medical advice when appropriate.

  • You will disclose relevant medical conditions that may affect participation in lifestyle changes.
     

If you have medical conditions including but not limited to:

  • diabetes

  • cardiovascular disease

  • eating disorders

  • metabolic conditions

  • pregnancy

you should consult your healthcare provider before participating in weight-loss or nutrition programs.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Weight loss and health outcomes vary significantly among individuals.
 

Bostana Health does not guarantee:

  • specific weight-loss results

  • speed of weight loss

  • maintenance of weight loss

  • health outcomes
     

Results depend on many factors including lifestyle choices, adherence to recommendations, medical conditions, metabolism, and other individual circumstances.

5. Participation Risks

Lifestyle changes including changes in diet, physical activity, or daily habits may involve certain risks.
 

By participating in Bostana Health programs, you acknowledge that:

  • weight-loss efforts can involve physical and emotional changes

  • exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks

  • you voluntarily assume responsibility for any outcomes associated with participation
     

You agree to discontinue any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or health concerns and to consult your physician if necessary.

6. Payment and Fees

Fees for Bostana Health services may include:

  • individual coaching sessions

  • group coaching programs

  • workshops or courses

  • digital materials or memberships

All fees must be paid in accordance with the pricing provided at the time of registration or booking.

 

Bostana Health reserves the right to modify pricing for future services.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients:

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used or forfeited.

Group programs or workshops may have separate cancellation terms communicated at registration.

8. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Coaching services are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Program registrations may be non-refundable after the program begins.

  • Digital content and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Bostana Health.

9. Confidentiality

Bostana Health respects the privacy of all clients.
 

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the safety of the client or others.
 

Participants in group sessions are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Bostana Health, including:

  • coaching frameworks

  • worksheets

  • guides

  • videos

  • website content

  • branding and logos

are the intellectual property of Bostana Health and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Materials are provided for personal use only.

11. Community Conduct

If Bostana Health offers group programs or online communities, participants agree to:

  • treat others with respect and kindness

  • maintain confidentiality of other members’ personal stories

  • avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful language
     

Bostana Health reserves the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bostana Health and its coaches shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from:

  • participation in coaching programs

  • lifestyle or dietary changes

  • use of information provided through the website or services
     

Participation in Bostana Health programs is undertaken at your own risk.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • copy or reproduce website content without permission
