to Our Group

New resolutions often fade as daily life takes over, leaving little time or energy to focus on the goals we set at the start of the year. Yet these goals are often the very things that would make us happier and healthier. This support group brings people together to help each member work toward one meaningful goal, in a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.

Women interested in exploring the power of community to stay focused and committed to their goals.

When Will The Group Meet?

Wednesdays, 8 pm ET starting January 21, 2026

Virtual meeting on Google Meet

How Will It Work?

1. At the start of the 4-week sprint, each participant defines a S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goal.

2. Each week, participants commit to one concrete action that moves them closer to their goal.

3. During weekly check-ins, each person reflects on what worked, what didn’t, and what they learned from the action they committed to that week.

4. Then, each participant will identify their next step—either adjusting course based on challenges or building on the momentum they’ve created.

5. By the end of week four, each participant leaves with clarity, confidence, and a sustainable path forward to continue the progress they’ve begun.

6. Participation is entirely voluntary, and anyone may leave the group at any time if it no longer feels like the right fit.

How Much Will It Cost?

There is no cost associated with joining this group at this time.
